Tonight for the firts time the boys and abah watched football together...most awaited match between MU and Liverpool....the boys has been picking up football for quite sometime but this is their first time watching the live telecast....The 2 older boys are big fans of MU...they are so into Owen after Ronaldo moved to Real Madrid...(hope i have the name right). They have all sort of MU collectibles already (especially Along) ...from Jacket to cap to t shirt to the school bag, the jersey etc.....
On the other hand, Abah is a keen Liverpool supporter...from where i see it...the only reason we cant instill Liverpool into their mind is the fact that most of Liverpool's merchandise will carry the Calsberg logo......minat is one thing but there's a limit to everything! so hopefully the change of sponsor next year or so will be materialised...
Adib...our "Adik Baby" of course will support Abah's team...but he's already fast asleep....

Visit to a salon
The last hair trimming , i think was a week or so before raya...tak tahan dah tengok rambut sorang sorang...I think almost everyday I will mengomel pasal rambut all the 3 boys...as I mentioned in earlier posting it was their request to keep the top and front part of their head hair longer...but they are always short of time for the hair cream and even combing at times...so almost everytime after bath I will be shouting to remind them about the hair cream, about combing and bedak..yes bedak....unfortunately my patience has came to its end....Thus yesterday Abah has doen the courtesy to skin-head Adib and as for the 2 older boys - they were sent for hair cut this morning.
A normal practice --- Abah will stand closely to the hairdresser be it barber or amoi to ensure the cut is as described...i can never remember-- all i know is to "slop" the side!
The moment we reached the shop, only then we realised that today is Deepavali -the shop is closed. The boys were relieved tersenggih senggih...
Then we went to Teruntum , looking for Malay barber...two shops - each has one barber with queues waiting....we have no choice but to look for a hair salon...cari Amoi lah...There you go...they have their hair cut...

Latest cousin from Mummy's side
meriah betul lepas sana ...sini beranak kan???? Another branch to the Ngasri's family tree - Uncle Bell and aunty Sha second child - a daughter named Nasfarisya, so they have a pair now. She was borned on Oct4th - thus sharing the same birthdate with Along. Another Libran...Hence, she can either be as soft-hearted and kind as Along is or as cheeky and mischievous as Adib (Adib birthdate is Oct3rd)...That is why we can't trust horoscope - they are just making assumptions.
Just to note that we also have another Farisya i.e. Cha - anak Ayah De...
I actually told them but they still stick with the name , i bet it is not easy to create a name starting with Nas and a "f " right after - Aunty Sya name is Farhana - obviously they want to have their kids' names to be a combination of the parents...sweetttt...
should have consult Uncle Fendi---he is so good at creating names--- he can relates many things and create wonders with names...he..he..he...
The first boy..Nasfazril...Tok Bibah insists all of us to call him President..but that is too long for a nick name so we ended up calling him "Eden".....a very cute toddler...nak dipicit picit hidung!Boys' day out
Last sunday , Afi and his friends had a all-boys-outing.The outing was pre arranged by Afi - with me being identified as the driver just because we own an mpv - and the fact that he knows i will definitely not grant him the permission if he is to follow his friends' parents.
I was only being told ...on saturday. He gave me like 101 reasons why i must agree and allow him with this outing (to megamall).....e.g. this is his first time going out with his friends, only for couple of hours, they've jusy finished upsr, they have free pizza hut coupon given by the school or some teachers etc..etc...

After the piano class, he begged me again - telling me that his friends are waiting for his "ok" and finally i agreed with conditions:
1. i will follow them from behind -Afi actually opposed this arrangement but he has no choice -he asked me why i need to do that as they are not planning anything funny - i actually let them walked on their own first as bibik wanted to get a pair of shoes - the boys really jumped high and low upon arriving at the megamall...masyallah macam tak pernah berjalan....but cute!
2. they were allowed to 2 places either bowling or cinema and pizza hut- i found them in the videogames arcade instead...- before moved to bowling right after - i also joined for a few rounds taking over Afi's turns. All of them are not regular with bowling so there were oohhhs and aaahhhs, clapping , jumping and cheering for every single throws....
The outing lasts for 4 hours...but obviously they had a great time in their own way acknowledging their first experience of "independence" . Angah sebok sebok joined the group, the other boys are neighbours anyway!
I remember my first outing with some girl friends when i was also 12 years old. Back then we travelled by bus....i dont think any mother would entertain such a request during my time and they were not as anxious about safety or all sort of misery we have in today's world...
There were like 5-6 of us, of all the 6 i was the only being charged as a kid by the bus attendant whereas others got an adult ticket --- i was so embarassed as we were supposed to be teenagers...young adults...and being charged as a school kid was really an insult...he..he..he....but now i thank Allah for the "awet muda" gen in my blood! he..he...he...
The time is getting shorter to the day that i have to let Afi to fly on his own....sob...sob...sob...meremang bulu roma ...

Open house for Hari Raya
Previous years, the boys friends memang ramai ramai beraya...as our house is just besides the school exit...almost everyday for the whole of shawal sampai tak cukup kuih raya.
This year to my suprise the boys requested me to cook for their friends...and out of generosity, they actually invited the whole class...
At first I told them, just get them all to come and we will serve some drinks and kuih raya. And the boys responded., "kedekut nya mummy!"
So i agreed to cook and we had the open house yesterday...my prediction was right, not the whole class came , only their good friends but the house were so packed with children and they actually came together in one-two big groups of 10 or so in a go...memamg crammed!
I bet this open house for the boys' friends will be a yearly occassion already. It is fun having the children around...macam macam karenah but next year i have to be more prepared for the ambush!!!!!!!!

Breaking the magician code

the slot but together we said a big NOOOOOOO...only Angah was allowed because ....
Afi :his head is TOO small and Adib's is TOO big..
Foot massage in Kuta, Bali
Aston Villa Bali Nusa Dua
We stayed in Aston Villa Nusa Dua...it was chosen for being away from Kuta...takut jugak sebab tu lah.
In Bali , you have to be careful with the food - as the main religion is hindu, halal or haram is not their concern. One thing that i like about this hotel, apart from the serene surrounding is the kind of varities they have in their breakfast. The breakfast menu was changed everyday with something either 100% seafood or vegetarian dish, thus there is always something for us-the muslim-other than bread and eggs.
Apart from that they also have an inhouse italian restaurant which serves real italian cuisine...pasta, ravioli, seafood etc and an A-plus drink.."Mock cocktail"..insyaallah kite boleh makan dan minum tanpa ragu ragu;)))
Even the spa is excellent and at a reasonable rate...
The pool is 24 hours...swim at your own cause...this is good as you tend to spend your day time outside the hotel and only came back when the owl is out.
The boys actually commented that they prefer Bandung than Bali for obvious reason i.e. they get to buy more things in Bandung than Bali.....as for me...after second trip...i dont mind going again...

2009 Vacation - Bali
Yeah we are just back from Bali....very refreshing break...for me particularly ---always love holidays and being away from the norm....
This is Adib first experience flying abroad - we can tell that he enjoys flying so much. He played with the light the aircond...and even commented that the stewardess is not "comel" ( i said comel kakak tu-refering to the stewardess) tapi "lawa".....When we teased him, about his statement, he said his exact word was "lawak" not "lawa".
As for the older boys...they are so crazy about Quiksilver, Billabong so Bali is like the right place...
I have done some postings on Bali in 30 sth , so please click the below link:
